The Kepler College Administrative Council and Staff play a vital role in the college’s day-to-day operations, ensuring it continues to thrive and remain relevant to the student body and astrological community.
The Administrative Council is comprised of the President, Director of Operations, Director of Marketing, Director of Education, VP Strategic Initiatives, Certificate Coordinator, and Program Design Specialist. They are responsible for implementing the college’s strategic plans, developing and reviewing certificate and diploma programs, and overseeing course updates and instructor appointments. They are committed to paving the way for student success.
As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, Kepler College gives back to the community through public events and initiatives. The Administrative Council ensures the delivery and success of these programs.
Working alongside the Administrative Council, the Staff Team executes these initiatives and keeps the college running smoothly. The Marketing team serves as the public voice of the college, sharing information and engaging the community through a variety of outreach efforts. Behind the scenes, the Operations team manages the systems that support the student experience, including classroom setup, store configuration, technical systems, and ongoing support services. Together, the Administrative Council and Staff Team ensure that Kepler College continues to provide a well-organized, supportive, and forward-thinking learning environment.

The Education Coordinator embodies and directs Kepler College's values through curriculum development and program oversight.
Working with the President, Director of Operations, Administration Council, and the Education team, the Education Coordinator guides Certificate Coordinators to meet the needs of the astrological community and the standards of vocational education.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Certificate Coordinators to develop courses that reflect leading-edge instruction and methodology. The Coordinator is guided to uphold course standards and ensure that individual courses integrate into a coherent certificate path. Student feedback is reviewed each term to support ongoing course refinement. An integral part of the role is connecting Certificate Coordinators with key operational departments such as scheduling and marketing.

As Kepler College President, Donna Young is the chief executive and administrative officer of the college. She works with the Board of Trustees and Committees to address and prioritize the needs of the College, and, with the Administrative Council, to develop strategies and activities to meet Kepler College's development needs.
The President provides oversight and accountability to the other Administrators, viz. Vice President of Strategic Development, Operations Director, Education Director, Marketing Director, Certificate Coordinator, and Program Design Specialist, ensuring the management and implementation of the day-to-day operations of the college.
Donna is also a long-time faculty member in the Fundamentals Certificate.
