Astrological Heritage Certificate:
This Certificate requires 30 credits.
The Astrological Heritage Certificate offers a structured, in-depth exploration of the intellectual and cultural foundations of astrology as a living tradition. Through historical periods, philosophical frameworks, mythological narratives, and sacred texts, students gain a comprehensive understanding of how astrological thought developed, evolved, and continues to shape contemporary practice. This certificate emphasizes historical grounding, continuity, and lineage, helping students see astrology as an integrated system of knowledge shaped by human experience, belief systems, and cultural exchange across time.
By engaging with astrology’s historical roots and symbolic language, students develop stronger interpretive skills, critical thinking, and a deeper respect for the tradition they are practicing. The required and elective courses examine how astrology has been used across cultures to describe character, social roles, fate, cycles of time, and humanity’s relationship to the larger cosmic order. This certificate is especially valuable for students who want to strengthen their interpretive depth, ground their practice in historical awareness, and communicate astrology with greater credibility and sophistication in both scholarly and professional settings.
All courses require an Astrological Skill Set of Novice. Follow the link below to check if you have the skill set needed to take any of the courses.
