R119 Advanced Demonstration of Learning:
Researching, Crafting, and communicating your findings is required to complete the KAPDA Diploma at Kepler College. This demonstration must be pre-approved and critiqued by a committee of designated Kepler College faculty members. Examples may include:
- Publication of an expository written article (rather than a “creative” essay or one sharing your personal opinion). Similarly, an expository video presentation published on YouTube, Vimeo, or another video platform may be accepted
- A recording of a speaking engagement at an event, such as a conference
- Serving as Presenter for a Kepler College webinar
- Serving as a Facilitator for a Kepler College study group
- Prepare and deliver one (1) Master Class – class runs for 2 weeks, each class is 2.5 hours
- There may be other tangible, acceptable demonstrations of learning, so please discuss them with a Faculty member after you have signed up for the course
