FAQ General Information

In general, personal charts are not used in the live portion of the class. However, you as a student may be asked to interpret your own chart as part of a written assignment and receive an evaluation or comments from your instructor.

The reasons personal charts are not often used or interpreted during the live session are:

Privacy – Natal charts and the work done in interpreting charts expose a great deal of private information. The live chats are recorded and all students in the class have access to it. Neither Kepler nor the student has any control over how that recording may be used outside of the classroom.

If you are a student - No.

It is not ethical for a faculty member or instructor to play the role of a consultant or astrologer for someone who is being evaluated as his or her student.

If you are not a student, then you should go to the instructor's website to separately arrange for a consultation. Or, you can send an email to Kepler and we will forward your request to the instructor. 

No. Kepler College is not in a position to maintain lists of local astrologers nor is the College a professional organization of astrologers.

We recommend you check first with one of the primary organizations. Below is a list of the primary organizations that have certification programs and can link you to an astrologer.

No. The Kepler program does not encourage or discourage belief in astrology.

The Kepler College curriculum teaches how astrology, which links cosmological events with human concerns, has been utilized and practiced in different time periods and different cultures. We also note its influence on various cultures in different time periods.

None of this information requires belief, just curiosity.
