DIGITAL GOODS

If you purchase and download a digital file, for example, a recording of a webinar, a workshop or an ebook, there are NO refunds. If you have a problem with a digital file that you have previously purchased, contact This email address is being protected from spambots. WORKSHOPS

Online: Workshops that are online and are joined via online conferencing software: You can request a refund up to one day after the workshop as long as you did not attend any part of the session(s). There will be a 5% service charge.
If you sign up for a multi-week workshop and cancel after attending one session for good cause, you will be refunded a proportional amount plus a 7% service charge.

In-Person Workshops that are in a physical location: You can request a refund up to one day after the workshop if you did not attend.

COURSES WITH A COURSE WEBSITE 

Unless specifically stated, refunds are available up to one week prior to the course start. 

In courses that allow immediate access, because students have access to all course resources, there are NO REFUNDS. However, fees can be transferred to another course.

In general, personal charts are not used in the live portion of the class. However, you as a student may be asked to interpret your own chart as part of a written assignment and receive an evaluation or comments from your instructor.

The reasons personal charts are not often used or interpreted during the live session are:

Privacy – Natal charts and the work done in interpreting charts expose a great deal of private information. The live chats are recorded and all students in the class have access to it. Neither Kepler nor the student has any control over how that recording may be used outside of the classroom.

If you are a student - No.

It is not ethical for a faculty member or instructor to play the role of a consultant or astrologer for someone who is being evaluated as his or her student.

If you are not a student, then you should go to the instructor's website to separately arrange for a consultation. Or, you can send an email to Kepler and we will forward your request to the instructor. 

No. Kepler College is not in a position to maintain lists of local astrologers nor is the College a professional organization of astrologers.

We recommend you check first with one of the primary organizations. Below is a list of the primary organizations that have certification programs and can link you to an astrologer.
