Learn the fundamentals of astrological magic!. This package covers three workshops: (1) sigils and other magical objects; (2) services and other rituals; and (3) spirits and conjure. Historian, poet, and diviner, Dr. Alexander Cummins explores astrological magic, with a focus on the fascinating texts and practices of 17th Century England.

Workshops presented in the Fall of 2017

Electing the time for a wedding, meditations on the planets, new moon wishes, and wearing a birthstone are all connected to a time when astrology and magic were inseparable. Dr. Al Cummins opens up the world of astrological magic with this three-part series on its fundamentals. Each workshop focuses on a different aspect of astrological magic, from sigils to services to spirits.

Rediscover geomancy, astrology's long lost daughter!

Considered a “daughter” to astrology, the system of divination known as geomancy was an incredibly popular and well-regarded form of divination in early modern Europe. It applied what occult philosopher Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa called the “use and rules of astrology” (which is to say, the symbolism but none of the astronomy of astrology) to create answers using a process both apparently simple and deceptively subtle.

Planetary Incantation: The Astrological Magic of Prayer, Poetry and Performance.

Poetry is one of the fundamental forms of not only understanding the Planets but asking for their help and channeling their energies and virtues. Whether whispering prayers, charismatically commanding astrological spirits, or softly begging for favours from the starry heavens, speaking eloquently and powerfully of the Stars was to known to bring some of their radiance and potency to bear in the tangible earthly matters. The magic of speech is some of the most profound sorcery.

Includes video recording of 2-hour workshop (edited to remove extraneous material) in MP4 format; excerpt from Donna's book on Stellium; and handouts with information on interpreting stellium.- ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE KEPLER SCHOLARSHIP FUND

There are possibly more people alive today with stelliums than ever before.

Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are conjunct in the sky infrequently, but for the past 50 years, there have been an unusual series of them. When the inner planets reach these conjunctions, they form stelliums. Managing a stellium is a lifelong learning curve. We’ll explore the special challenges of the 20-Somethings with three to seven planets in Capricorn.
